OUR MISSION

To protect the rights of interior designers to practice by remaining vigilant, and mounting a veracious and tenacious campaign to oppose any interior design regulation, legislation, licensing or certification in New Hampshire.

To educate interior designers in New Hampshire in various important aspects of design, including but not limited to, codes, ADA and universal design, fire safety and sustainable design.

To form a network of interior designers, interior decorators, architects, educators, interior design students, and industry partners, for the purpose of sharing resources and assisting each other in respective areas of expertise. This is the only association in New Hampshire with a sincere interest in open, all-inclusive communication within our profession.

To be the standard-bearer for educating the public on the value of good interior design/designers.

To share resources and assist other states in defeating anti-competitive legislation through a pro-leadership connection with several other professional associations and non-profit organizations.
